What is included in the studio rental?

Our studio rental includes access to a green screen, a white studio and all things listed here.

What are the rental rates?

Our rates are based on time blocks and include all essential studio features. Please contact us directly for more details.

What size is the studio?

The studio offers 1,890 square feet of working space, with a green screen cyclorama that is 29 ft wide, 12 ft high, and 14 ft deep. We also have flexible shooting areas and open space for a variety of setups.

Where can I park?

There’s a parking lot in front of the building. And it’s free for everyboday!

Is catering allowed in the studio?

Yes, catering is allowed, but please ensure cleanup is done after your shoot.

Can I make modifications to the studio during my rental?

Minor modifications, such as temporary set builds, are allowed, but please confirm with us beforehand. Any changes must be restored to the original condition after use.

Is there an on-site restroom?

Yes, we have clean, well-maintained restrooms available for your crew and talent.

Can I drive into the studio?

Unfortunately no. Our studio is located on the second floor.

Can I visit the studio before booking?

Yes, we offer studio tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and see the space in person before making your reservation.

Do you offer green screen or white backdrop options?

Yes, we offer both a pre-lit green screen cyclorama and a spacious white area with natural lighting. You can easily switch between them during your shoot.

There are numerous rental companies in the neighbourhood offering professional equipment: GoodDog Digital, The Source Shop, HD Source, Image Gear Inc, Whites Les and Ontario Camera. Please visit their websites for more details.
